Our Philippine base is our actual location; remote delivery does not imply offices in the US, UK, Australia or Singapore. A buyer’s target market is agreed explicitly, rather than inferred from where a website visit comes from.

How remote delivery works
Dean defines the buyer problem, proposed scope, evidence and acceptance criteria with you. A scoped specialist may handle research, writing, production or implementation; Dean remains responsible for direction and final review. Access and any subcontractor involvement are agreed according to the work.
You should know who implements, which systems they need, what you must supply and how changes are reviewed before approving a scope. Subject expertise, approvals and access can affect timing; we include those responsibilities in the proposal rather than assuming unlimited client availability.
We start with a free public-surface check. If a useful finding and your interest justify it, we propose an explicitly scoped paid pilot. Page work may involve approximately five selected pages over two weeks; technical or migration work gets its own practical scope. Continuing work follows review of the pilot.
