Privacy policy
This policy covers two things: this website (www.stratasolutions.tech) and Strata SEO Tools, a small keyword research app I built for my own use. They handle different data, so they are described separately below.

Who I am
Strata is the name I, Dean Enriquez, use for my independent work on search and SEO: my own writing on this site, and occasional freelance projects. I am based in the Philippines and I am responsible for the personal information described here. For anything about this policy or your information, email dean@stratasolutions.tech.
The website
The site check form
If you use the form on the homepage, I receive your name, your website address, your email address, and any message you choose to add. The form is processed by Formspree, which forwards the submission to my email inbox. Formspree deletes submissions from its system after 30 days on my plan.
I use what you send only to look at the site you asked about and to reply to you. The copy in my inbox is kept while we are corresponding and as a record of the request. Ask and I will delete it.
If you email me, I receive your email address and whatever you write. My email is hosted by Zoho Mail. I use it to reply to you and for nothing else.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel processes standard technical information about each request, such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested, in order to deliver the page and protect the service. I do not use this information to identify you. The site is served only over HTTPS.
What the website does not do
- It sets no cookies.
- It runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts.
- It loads no third-party scripts. Fonts are served from this domain.
- It does not sell, rent or share your information for anyone's advertising.
Some pages link to other sites, such as LinkedIn. Those sites have their own privacy practices.
Google user data (Google Ads API)
What Strata SEO Tools is
Strata SEO Tools is a private, read-only app. Its only user is me. It is not offered to anyone else, and there is no sign-up. It connects, through Google OAuth, to my own Google Ads account only.
What it accesses
The app requests the Google Ads API scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords and uses it for one purpose: calling KeywordPlanIdeaService.GenerateKeywordHistoricalMetrics. I send a list of keywords I have chosen, and Google returns search-volume and competition metrics for those keywords.
The app does not:
- create, change or remove campaigns, ads, keywords or bids;
- spend money or change billing;
- manage or change any Google Ads account;
- read any Google Ads account other than my own;
- collect any data about any other person.
How I use it
I use the keyword metrics for search engine optimisation research: deciding which topics are worth writing about on this site, and, on the occasional freelance project, which topics and phrases are worth building pages for. I sometimes include the figures for specific keywords, such as their monthly search volume, in recommendations to the person that project is for. Those figures describe searches in aggregate and contain no information about any person or Google Ads account.
I use Claude, an AI assistant made by Anthropic, to help analyse the keyword metrics. My Claude account is set so that my conversations are not used to train Anthropic's models.
How I store it
The keyword metrics are stored in my private repository, which is not public. The OAuth credentials and tokens are stored on my own machine in a folder that is excluded from version control, so they never enter the repository. Access can be revoked at any time from the Google Account's third-party access settings, and the stored tokens are deleted when the app is retired.
How I share it
Google user data obtained through Strata SEO Tools is:
- not sold;
- not shared with or transferred to third parties, apart from the aggregate keyword figures in project recommendations and the analysis tool described above;
- not used for advertising, including ad targeting or retargeting;
- not used to develop, improve or train artificial intelligence or machine-learning models;
- never shared in the form of my Google Ads account data or OAuth credentials, which no one but me can access.
Limited Use
Strata SEO Tools's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Your rights
I am in the Philippines, and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) applies. Under Section 16 of the Act you have the right to be informed about how your personal information is processed, to reasonable access to it, to have inaccurate information corrected, and to have it suspended, withdrawn, blocked, removed or destroyed. Section 18 gives you the right to a copy in a commonly used electronic format.
To use any of these rights, email dean@stratasolutions.tech. If you are not satisfied with my response, you can complain to the National Privacy Commission.
Changes to this policy
If what I collect or how I use it changes, I will update this page before the change takes effect and change the date at the top.
